Vintage outfit post: Autumn change

The past few weeks have been so busy! We have had wedding's and parties to attend, lots of freelance deadlines to complete, as well as shooting all of our new vintage stock that should hit The Attic People Vintage online within the next couple of weeks. It feels more like Autumn here now after that beautiful freak October heat-wave the weather now feels as it should for this time of year. Lat weekend I pulled out a new vintage dress and mac coat I have been waiting patiently to wear and that day was the perfect temperature. Ross also pulled out one of his hats for the first time in ages which was nice.

I love this time of year, so many amazing colours everywhere from the bark of the trees to the pretty leaves on the floor. Since these photos were taken I have had a change in hair style which I will share with you soon, As you can see my roots were in need of some colour and by bleach blonde locks were sadly unhealthy. Hope your all having a good week so far :)

Out and about in Liverpool

Our weekend was pretty laid back, which was great because we'd been working hard recently in the week. Although it went all too quick!

Can't wait for spring, it seems really cold at the moment! Still needing our cosy coats and hats; we strolled into town and had a little nose 'round Oxfam. Marisa stumbled upon a great 'Vintage Princess duffle coat'.

After that we got warm, and had a couple of movie nights in. Got some great food and drink, and saw a Julia Roberts film called "Eat, Pray, Love" which reminded us of our holiday in Bali.

Still loads of new vintage dresses and vintage mens knitwear to come this week!

What we wore today

Today was good. As well as having some errands to run, and photo's to prepare for listings, me and Ross took a little time out. We went out for lunch at the new Leaf Cafe on Bold street (will blog more about this during the week), browsed around town, and had lots of silly fun time whilst taking these outfit posts.

We live right in the centre of Liverpool and have an amazing rooftop above us with an incredible views of the city. Whenever we go up it brings the kids out in us!
I thought Ross looked rather good today in his new carrot trousers I brought him for christmas from Topman. I like the way he styled this outfit and the colour palette.

Our weekend was quite relaxed. We worked a bit during the day, went to the cinema Saturday evening to see Blue Valentine ( Ross will review this soon), which we loved! We spent the rest of the time at home chilling and eating nice food... these weekends are the best! Hope you all had a good one?

Outfits:

Marisa - Dress:Vintage    Tights: Topshop    Boots: Graceland
Ross - Trousers: Topman    Shirt: Vintage    Cardigan: Vintage    Shoes: Charity shop find

Can't wait to finish all our listings, we have some amazing items coming to the store thursday... many of these were extremely hard to let go of!
