What we wore: Down the South Bank...

Last weekend when the weather was really nice me and Ross took our first trip (since living here) down to the South Bank. We mainly went down because I wanted to see this textiles exhibition by Collier & Campbell at the National theatre. It was a very inspiring... I took lot's of photos which I will share with you later on in the week!

Besides the exhibition we had such a lovely afternoon/evening strolling alongside the River Thames taking in all the wonderful very touristy sites of London. The atmosphere was very festival like with crowds of people drinking, street artists, food venders, grass areas full with  people chilling, mini drink festivals and of course the much welcomed sun:)

I'm posting this late as we were ultra busy last week with jam packed freelance work The Attic People ebay auctions, birthday events and  evenings catching up with friends. I never knew we would be able to fit so much into one week... I  think this week will be a little more slow paced. Anyone been to the South Bank? What did you think? I'm not usually a fan of touristy places but I really like this area :)

There are more auctions ending this evening click here to see bids.. they are ending shortly so hurry!

What we wore: Ross's Birthday in London

Ross turned 30 on tuesday! To celebrate Ross picked out a few things that he loves to do. The day went something like this: Lazy sleep, breakfast in bed followed by Ross's favourite fizzy bubblegum bottles, amazing Whole food lunch in Hyde Park, a trip into central London where we visited The Natural History Museum , Pizza express for dinner and wine, a trip to an old theatre cinema in Notting Hill to see Pirates of the Caribbean, Home for birthday cake and tea. It was a perfect day :)

Other exciting news we are now sponsoring the Rebecca from the The Clothes Horse and offering 15% off all our items at http://www.theatticpeople.co.uk/! Have a great weekend all :)

Our adventures in London are continuing and we're really enjoying discovering this great city. This weekend we've been out with friends on a birthday party barbeque, I had my best friend visit, and we had a lovely trip out to The British Museum London. The city is buzzing, and I'm still getting used to finding my way around, and the various Tube and Bus routes.

The British Museum is the oldist public museum in the world and is filled with amazing history from civilizations thousands of years old. We couldn't help but notice part of the new Austrailian exhibit which is physically replicated parts of their fantastic landscape! Also if one of your guilty pleasures is watching The Apprentice you may have noticed they began one of the episodes here.

Hope everyone has had a great Bank Holiday Weekend!

Hello London...

Excuse us for our silence on this blog lately. A few posts back we mentioned there was going to be a major change in our lives... as you may have guessed from the title of this post we have moved to London! We had been toying with the idea for a couple of years and fate finally decided it was time for us to make a big change. It's been a hectic week packing and arranging everything but we are finally here and settling nicely. We're really looking forward to sharing our new London adventures, experiences, and hopefully lots of new inspiration with all our lovely readers.

As there has been no time for outfit posts I wanted to share a few of our favourite photos of our first year together. Me and Ross were blessed to meet in Liverpool almost four years ago. We have so many fond memories  of our time in Liverpool.  Check my red hair and Ross's super long locks!
We will be back to our normal blogging habits soon in our new London surroundings. Hope you are all well? Once I have a little more time on my hands I will look forward to catching up on all your posts :)
